A well trained karateka has the ability to coordinate mind and body which results to unleashing of tremendous physical strength. If you thought it was a possession of great strength that makes a karateka, you were wrong. Development of this ability makes it possible for the smallest person to deliver a devastating blow to anyone that attacks them. The Moi university karate club never stops practicing the basic techniques as they are the foundation for all that has to come. Training is from Monday to Friday every single week and this shows how serious and committed they are in their art.
